Every resume section has few standard sections such as Personal details, Resume Summary, Work Experience, Skills, and Educational Qualification, Awards and reorganisation etc.  Only the difference between animator or designers resume and other field resume is that the animator or designer should specifically mention the post for which they are applying.

The resume is the first impression of the animator or the designer. Hence it should give the clear idea of the talent and ability of the applicant. It should convey all necessary information so that the employer can make formal decision of hiring. Graphic Designers, Web Designers, 2D Animators, 3D Animators need to incorporate their unique 3D models, animation link etc on resume. The display of artwork will give the exact idea of your technical skills as well as your ability to multitask.

Designers and animators must remember that the resume should not be overboard. It should be creative. Your resume should be unique and not borrowed or copy pasted. Adding too much humour or copy pasted resumes gives bad impressions hence they should be avoided.
